This section contains summaries of Decisions we have made. Although we treat each case on an individual basis, it may be helpful to look at these cases to see the types of complaint we can look at and the reasons for our Decisions.

You will also find literature published by the OIA, including our Annual Reports.

The general information given on the website is not intended to be a full guide to the Scheme. Before you make a complaint, you should read the Rules and Guide. Please note that the Rules take precedence over other documents and the content of the website.
