These case studies provide summaries of complaints we have looked at. The summaries include: what the complaint was about; the Decision we made; the reasoning behind those Decisions, and any Recommendations.

To protect the privacy of students and others, some inessential details been changed.

We review each complaint individually on its own merit. Any similarity between complaints does not mean that our Decision, or any Recommendations we may make, will be the same.
