The 10th Annual Conference of the European Network of Ombudsmen in Higher
Education (ENOHE) next year will be hosted by the Office of the Independent Adjudicator
for Higher Education in England and Wales, and will take place in Oxford, England. The
Conference will examine the implications of a more consumer-focused environment for
university ombudsmen, address the difference between informal and formal “complaints” or
“issues”, and look at the potential for early dispute resolution in universities and wider
ombudsmen-type schemes.
