Complaints process

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Accessibility limitations

  • Some PDF documents may not be readily accessible to screen readers and some older documents published before 23 September 2018 may not be formatted for visually impaired users. We make every effort to make sure these documents are as accessible as possible. If you require any of our documents in a different format, please contact us.
  • Some functionality may be delivered by third parties such as Vimeo video player and embedded survey forms. We have no control over the accessibility of these applications, however we will attempt to offer an accessible alternative such as written transcriptions and closed captions on videos.

Disproportionate burden

During 2024, we will be updating our content management system which means our website will be recoded. During this period, we will be ensuring that our website will be compliant to WCAG 2.2 AA standards. We anticipate that the website will be updated by September 2024.
