Welcome to the OIA's Online Complaints Tracker

Here you will be able to see at a glance the progress of all complaints against the provider received by the OIA.

The tracker will enable you to see when we have allocated a complaint against the provider, received correspondence from yourself or the complainant, and deadlines we set for comments or information.

Please note that the tracker will be updated once-a-day on working days and not during weekends and bank holidays.

Please note that the tracker will be refreshed at the end of each working day and any changes to complaints against the provider will be updated. The provider and student tracker show identical information about each complaint.
