Our role, what we do and how we do it
This webinar will give you an understanding of our role, what we do and how we do it. During the session we’ll look at the remit of our Scheme, the way that we review complaints and some case studies that help to demonstrate our process. We’ll also touch on the principles of our Good Practice Framework. This webinar is suitable for:
- Staff who are new in role at a Provider (OIA point of contact or others);
- Staff at a Provider which has just joined the Scheme (OIA point of contact or others);
