Our casework gives us a unique perspective on student complaints, appeals and other processes. Sharing our learning with providers and student organisations is a vital part of improving practice. Our Good Practice Framework for handling complaints and academic appeals sets out principles and operational guidance. We do a wide range of outreach work to share good practice, and we also use what we learn from this work to develop what we do.
