Before you come to the OIA you need to finish your providers own complaints process. If you've already complained to your provider but don't have a Completion of Procedures (COP) Letter yet, or things are taking a long time, our video explains what to do next.
Once your provider has given you a COP Letter, you can bring your complaint to us.
