Making a complaint

You can make a complaint to us and track the progress of your complaint on MyOIA.

Before you make a complaint to us, it’s worth checking whether your complaint is one that we can look at. Visit our 'Can you complain' page to see if your complaint is eligible to be reviewed.

If you are a student contacting us for the first time, please be ready to answer questions about where you are or were studying, the type of course and award you are/were studying towards, and what steps you have taken so far to pursue your complaint. We will ask you for some details so we can keep a record of your enquiry in case you contact us again. Once we have these details students may also request a video call to help progress their complaint.
