Level 1 webinar

This webinar is aimed at anyone new to working with students in students' unions, associations and guilds and in particular newly elected sabbatical officers and student representatives, who would like to know more about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. This webinar will include an introduction to the OIA’s complaint scheme and our remit, and explains how we look at complaints. We will also highlight key documents like the Good Practice Framework, and other useful resources including our SRB toolkit and case summaries.

This is a free level 1 webinar suitable for new sabbatical officers, student advisers and colleagues who wish to know who we are.
