An introduction to the OIA and our resources
Level 1 webinar
This webinar is aimed at anyone working with students or in students' unions who would like to know more about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. The webinar will include an introduction to the OIA’s complaint scheme and our remit, and will explain how we look at complaints. We will also highlight key information we publish, like the Good Practice Framework. As well as our toolkits, case summaries and other useful resources.
This is a free level 1 webinar suitable for new OIA Points of Contact (or delegates), new sabbatical officers, student advisers and colleagues who wish to know who we are.
