What's happening
Our remit is going to expand into tertiary education next year and this will include further education as well as higher education in Wales. This means that any learner in post-16 education or training in Wales will be able to bring their complaint to the OIA for an independent review if they are not happy with the outcome of their complaint from their education provider.
To help us and further education providers prepare for this, we want to talk to learners and their parents / guardians to find out about their learning experiences.
We want to understand what kinds of things that might get complained about and where learners and parents / guardians might go to get independent advice. We are also interested in general awareness of policies and processes in these areas.
Survey & Prize draw
We would like to invite learners and their parents and/or guardians to fill in our online survey before 22 July.
As a thank you for sharing your thoughts we will have a prize draw. The total winning prize will be £100, made up of four £25 gift vouchers.
The four winners will be selected at random from all of the entries and be notified directly.
