Industrial action - CS051904


A student was on a foundation degree at the time of the industrial action. They complained to us that they had missed lectures and seminars because of the industrial action.

We asked the provider for more information about the complaint and it told us that the student had not completed its internal complaints procedure, but that they were still in time to make a complaint. We told the student that we wouldn’t consider their complaint until they had completed the provider’s internal procedures. We agreed to suspend our review to allow the student time to complete the provider’s internal procedures. Until they had done so, the complaint was Not Eligible.
