We have today published two case summaries naming the providers, as the summaries highlight issues which are in the public interest and highlight wider implications for students, providers and public policy.
Brit College have also not complied with our Recommendations. We followed our Compliance Protocol and explained to the College that, under our Rules, we report non-compliance with our Recommendations to our Board and publish the details.
We reported the College’s refusal to comply with our Recommendations to our Board in September 2025 and shared information about the complaint with the Office for Students (OfS), Department for Education (DfE) and Ofqual. We will also report this in our 2025 Annual Report and Annual Statements.
ABA, on a separate matter, were previously reported in our 2024 Annual Report and Annual Statements as non-compliant with our Recommendations.
