We have various different teams to help us to do our work effectively.
We have three case-handling teams. Our Casework Support Team deals with enquiries and the early stages of our process once we receive a complaint. Our Assessment and Resolution and Adjudication Teams review and resolve cases, including through informal resolution and making case decisions.
Our Outreach and Insight Team leads our work to share learning from complaints and good practice in handling complaints and appeals, and our wider outreach work with students, student organisations and providers.
Our Stakeholder Engagement and Membership Team works with sector bodies, Governments and other relevant organisations to contribute to the development of policy and legislation, as well as supporting the integration of providers who are new to our Scheme.
We have a number of teams providing organisational support. The Leadership Office provides support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. The Operations Team sits within the Leadership Office and covers areas such as finance, office administration and facilities. The Human Resources Team looks after all aspects of human resources including learning and development. The Technology and Data Team manages our IT infrastructure.
