Where will we keep your information?
We store most of our working information in electronic form. If we receive personal data in hard copy, we will make an electronic copy. The paper copy will be stored in a locked cabinet in our secure office.
Our electronic data is processed securely in on-site servers and in a number of remote Data Centres. We use UK-based Data Centres wherever possible. Encrypted data may sometimes be routed through Data Centres in Europe, but we do not transfer personal data to any organisation outside the UK.
