You are unhappy about us handling your personal data – what can you do?
If you are unhappy about how we are handling your personal data, please let us know so that we can put it right. If your complaint is ongoing, you can tell your case-handler about this. If you don't have an ongoing complaint with us, you can let us know about your concerns at enquiries@oiahe.org.uk.
If you don't feel that this has solved the problem, you can make a service complaint.
If we still haven't solved the problem, then you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner. We will cooperate fully with any investigation requests from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
